Tuesday Morning Sketches - #47

Yahoo! I only have 3 more days (including today)! My students are more done than I am.

Well onto this week's card. The sketch is a bit challenging, but very fun. I finally openend and used, which broke my heart, a stamp set I bought maybe a year ago. I have enjoyed looking at it long enough. I have to tell you it killed me to ink it up, but I love my card. I had this vision and it came out exactly like I imagined. How often does that happen?

I tried the technique that I have seen on others' blogs. That is using nestabilities to cut a shape and leave part of that shape out. It took be stamping the image about 5 or 6 times to get it done right, but I finally did it. I just love the look. I hope you do to!

Well have a fabulous day! I hope to hear from you.

Absolutely gorgeous Theresa! I think the "out of the box" technique is very cool and I use myself quite often. The sentiment is fabulous and definitely perfect for a peacock. Glad you finally opened the set!
