Tuesday Morning Sketches

Hello All - well it's interesting times here in Denver, Colorado. I can't believe that it's December 14th and we have had less than 2" of snow - since September. We usually have 2' of snow by now. It doesn't even feel like it's nearing Christmas. Then I was watching on television that Minnesota was dumped on (19" of snow). Don't be hogs up there - send some our way!! I have been so sick since about the middle of October. I rely on the snow to clean everything and get my allergies back on track. Looks like that's not going to happen anytime soon. It's going to be 64 degrees here tomorrow - amazing!

Melissa has a great sketch to work with this week. You're going to have a lot of fun with it. I hope you'll join us.

Which now brings me to the desgin on my card. I had hoped that if I made something that resembled the North Pole we'd get some snow. Now mind you - I hate the snow, but I'm even trying to do the snow dance. We need the moisture.

Thanks for stopping by. Have an awesome day!

Too cute -- love how the ice hole is the oval element from the sketch!

Hi Theresa, oh I just love your little penguin and so creative to use the fishing hole for the circle of the sketch!
