We have a new sponsor - Saturated Canary and a very lovely, simple sketch. I have been so intimidated by Krista's images. There is so much amazing detail to her beautiful drawings. I almost opted out of this week's challenge. Then I found this gorgeous image - I made her a bride, but I think she could also just have on a beautiful gown. I do love how she came out. Hope you do too!
Sorry to be short tonight. I'm exhausted and I have a long day at work tomorrow with it being family night I need to hit the hay!
I hope you'll take the time to check out the rest of the DT - they have done an amazing job.
Today is the last day of There She Goes Release week. Today's set is just spectacular. I hope that you have enjoyed the week's sneaks.
Jessica and Tobi have been hard at work creating an AMAZING new
set for us, Chalkboard Memories. If you are familiar with the VERY popular
Chalkboard Technique, this set was created for that particular style!! It is
full of SUPER cute images, and FABULOUS sayings…and the chalkboard itself?
Fantastic!
Chalkboard Memoriesis
a 4x8 set that includes a total of 18 stamps and will sell for $18.00.
I unfortunately am not familiar with the chalkboard technique and had such a busy couple of weeks that I didn't have time to check it out. I look forward to learning the technique (when school is out). Now I don't get a lot of credit for the design of this card. Once again, I was surfing in the middle of the night. I even wrote down the artists name and her blog and now I can't read my own writing. I will find her card.

It's day three at There She Goes Release week. Thanks for all the wonderful comments. You're going to just love today's stamp set.
Our newest sock goblin from Wendy Leach…be still my heart. Larry
is ready for a day at the office, can’t you tell?
Larryis a 3x4 set that includes a total of 5
stamps and will sell for $9.00.
I just love this sock goblin. I had so much fun coloring up this little guy. I love the sentiment it just spoke to me. I need to make a card with just this sentiment. I thought about that at first, but really loved the goblin, I had to combine them. I hope you like.

It's day two of There She Goes Release week and we have two sets to show off today. I know you're just going to love these.
Our first set from Megan Suarez this month is the gorgeous new
Dream in Color. We love the gorgeous style of this flower, and we think you
will, too.
Dream in Coloris a 3x4 set that includes a
total of 2 stamps and will sell for $9.00.
I love this flower. It reminds me of this bowl that I painted years ago. Painting that bowl took me about two months, I'm so glad this fun flower didn't take that long!
The newest addition to Megan’s Spice Girls line is the GORGEOUS
new Ginger set. Isn’t she lovely?
Ginger is a 3x4 set that includes a total of 5
stamps and will sell for $9.00.
This little gal is just too cute! I had so much fun coloring her up. Her face is just so sweet and innocent.

It's my favorite time of the month again! There She Goes Release Week and do we ever have an amazing line up for you.
It took a little begging, but we finally got Torico to illustrate
a pirate set for us!! If you “need a little ‘aye’ candy”, well then “X marks
the spot”.
Shiver Me Timbers is a 6x8 set that includes a
total of 24 stamps and will sell for $24.00.
I’m sure it comes as NO surprise to all you loyal There She Goes
fans, but we couldn’t go without creating a companion set to go along with this
SUPER fun set!!Leave it to the Trendsetters to come up with so many
FUNNY and AWESOME sentiments that one set just couldn't hold them all.
Ship Happensis a 3x4 set that includes a
total of 9 stamps and will sell for $9.00. For my card, I chose this guy and the sentiment from Ship Happens because I happen to be working on this at my cousins house (who is not into stamping at all) and she saw the sentiment and laughed and laughed, I was just tickled so how could I resist not making this for her!!

Good Morning TMS Fans - we have a fun sketch this week and we're being sponsored by Clear Dollar Stamps. If you've not visited this store, you simply must check it out. It's home to some of the most adorable digital stamps and papers.
I on the other hand used a stamp that I purchased from them over two years ago and never used. I bought the stamp when I was watching Trudy Sjolander on YouTube. I turned to her again, because I saw a video of combing Copics and Prisma Color Pencils. I love the effect I got. I didn't have the same Copic colors she used, so I made due and I just think this crow is just too precious.
Looking out the window again - and it's another snowy Tuesday. It's now three weeks in a row that we've had a major snowstorm on Tuesday. This is getting old! I thought this image would be too fun to color and think of spring. I guess he should be black since he's a crow, but I love the blue!!
Thanks for stopping by. Have an awesome day.
Recipe: Stamps: Clear Dollar Stamps (Something to Crow About) Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Copics, & Prisma Color Pencils Paper: Bazzill Basics (raven and avalanche); EP - For the Record; October Afternoon (name unknown) Accessories: Cricut (Art Philosophy); Liquid Peals (buttercup); Ribbon (stash)
It's There She Goes (Again!) Week. I hope that you have been by the TSG blog to see former Trendsetter cards this week. I just love this week because I love to see all the wonderful eye candy! For my card this week I chose to highlight the stamp set Lighten Up. This is such a fun set. There are so many possibilities.
I love this paper from Authentic. I love the combination of blue and brown. Look - no bow!
Well I hate to make my post so short, but I have to put some final things together for tomorrow's science lesson. I'm so excited to be doing this electrical unit (the other reason I picked Lighten Up). It's so fun watching 8 year-old children using one bulb, one battery, and one wire to light up the bulb. It just brightened my day.
It's actually Monday evening for me as I write this post...what could go wrong today did go wrong today. My para didn't come to work, so all the reading testing I had planned didn't get done! It began to snow around 1:00 today and it's still snowing! I know we need the moisture, but good grief. Came home to do a load of laundry and the washing machine backed up and made a bloody mess. Then I received a phone call from a friend (and former boss) of mine - his wife of 27 years lost her battle with breast cancer. I'm so sad for him and his daughter. My message to you ladies, be sure to do your self-checks and mammograms. Early detection is the key.
Now onto Tuesday Morning Sketches. This week we have my favorite sponsor - There She Goes! We have a great sketch to work with and of course the best stamps on the planet.
For my card, I chose to use Polka Dot Pals - this set is just so adorable. I just love the darling little animals. Isn't that lamb just so fluffy?
I hope you'll join us this week at TMS. Please be sure to stop by the blog and check out what the rest of the DT put together.
Thanks for stopping by and listening to my ranting! Have an awesome day!!
It's a blustery Tuesday Morning here in Denver. The wind and cold blew in last night...I want SPRING!
This week we have a new sponsor to Tuesday Morning Sketches - CAS-ual Fridays Stamps. Michele is such a wonderful lady. I've had the pleasure of sitting with her and stamping. She's such a hoot!! She's offering up a $25 gift card to her store - geez I want to win!
For my card today, I used an image from Little Miss Muffet. I am really trying hard at my Copic coloring. Only I think I'm sort of stupid! I just can't get the light source down to get all my shadows on the same size. It seems so simple, yet it just escapes me. Oh well, I love how this came out. I hope you do to.
I hope you'll stop by and play along with us this week. Also, take a few minutes to leave the DT some love. I know they'd love to hear from you.
It's the final day of There She Goes Release Week. From all the wonderful comments you all have left - I'm thinking you have really loved the sneaks. Today is just as fabulous too!
Our second new artist,
Wendy Leach, stole Jessica's heart the minute she saw her first sock goblin drawing…so.
darn. fun. This month’s set, Phyllis, is just TOO cute!! Phyllis is a 3x4 set
that includes a total of 3 stamps and will sell for $9.00.

It's day two of the There She Goes Release Week. Today is jammed packed with wonderful photos. Sit back and enjoy. This month we are introducing a BRAND new artist to There She Goes,
Megan Suarez!! She has started us out with three FABULOUS stamp sets, which we
think you are going to love. Her style is a touch on the side of gothic, but so
much fun. We can’t wait to see what’s next with this AMAZING designer!!
Penelope & Birdcage
is a 3x4 set that includes a total of 4 stamps and will sell for $9.00.
Isn't Penelope just the cutest? I struggled between her and the birdcage. Both images are just adorable. I wanted more practice with hair. I just love the blue and yellow combination.
Nutmeg is a 3x4 set
that includes a total of 5 stamps and will sell for $9.00.
Okay, I am totally in love with Nutmeg. When I saw her hair I about freaked because I had no clue what I was going to do. I watched YouTube videos for hours and then came across one that showed how to make curly hair. I love how this came out. I hope you like it too.
Journal Lines is a
3x4 set that includes 1 stamp, and will sell for $9.00. Okay, when I first saw this I thought, "Great, something for my scrapbooks." Then I was cleaning my office because I needed some sticky notes for my class. I was looking at Journal Lines and my plain sticky notes and viola - I can stamp the lines on my sticky notes that my students and I don't like to use the ones without lines. I am so excited. I made a Post-It Note Holder using Bloom. I added the little daisy from the Lucky Duck set.

It's Release Week over at There She Goes...my favorite week! Do we ever have some fabulous stamp sets to show you - six in all! So let's get started.
If it walks like a duck, and talks like a
duck…well, it’s probably a Lucky Duck!! Ok, that was corny, but this SUPER cute
set by Torico will make you squeal with delight…could it get any cuter? Lots of
ducks, and stamps to build the perfect scene, it’s so versatile.
Lucky Duck is a 4x8 set that includes a total of
24 stamps and will sell for $18.00.
While brainstorming the sentiments for Lucky
Duck, as always, we took a turn for the dark side…..what else can I say besides
this set is ducking awesome!! Hooked on Quack is a 3x4 set that includes a total of 7 stamps and will sell for $9.00. Ok, isn't the face on this duck just too precious? I have a new favorite set...I love the sentiments. I'm glad that Jessica gave us two sets of sentiments. The sentiment I used comes from Hooked on Quack and I love it. I had a bit of a tiff with someone and I hope they realize I am sorry and I'm sure this card will help with that.

Ending the week off with There She Goes (Again!) I decided to highlight one more set. I chose Dream a New Dream. I just happen to love all the TSG stamp sets with flowers in them. This set is just "dreamy."
For my card I used this beautiful bouquet of flowers. I'm not really sure what kind of flowers they are, but they are pretty. They remind me of a wedding bouquet - I used to make wedding flowers (a lifetime ago). I was recently asked if I could do anything what would I do. I would love to go back to being a florist. I used to love to make floral arrangements. Now I love coloring and making cards. I love how this card came out! Now I know why I have boxes full of cards...I can't seem to part with them.
I hope you stop by the TSG blog to see all the gorgeous cards the Trendsetter's made. You won't believe the gorgeous eye candy. Just think I'm part of it!!
Thanks for stopping by today. Have an awesome day.

Good Morning TMS Fans! We have a great sketch to work with this week. I combined the sketch with There She Goes (Again!) week.
Be sure to head over to the TMS blog to check out the sketch and to see what's up for one lucky player from this week's sponsor - StampingScrapping.com which offers stamps, dies and supplies.
This week for TSG (Again!) the three sets being highlighted this month are:
What's up Buttercup is such an elegant set. I love flowers. This set is such a wonderful versatile set. I hope you'll check it out. I hope you enjoy my card. Be sure to stop by the TSG blog to see previous cards created by former and current Trendsetters.
This week at There She Goes our challenge is brought to us by our Trendsetter of the week, Carole!! She has challenged us to make a card or project using the color swatch provided- shades of green.
For my card I used Zoo-Pendous. I have had this set for a while and haven't been able to ink up my set even though I have some pages to make for my cousin and her kids' trip to the zoo. I'm not a big fan of green all by itself, but this came out fun. I think I had to go through every piece of scrap paper that I had to get different shades. I hope you'll come and join us this week.
To be eligible for the giveaway, create a NEW card or project using this week’s color challenge and then come back to the TSG Blog to add your name and a link to your project in the InLinkz that is located at the bottom of this challenge post. This challenge is open until the winner has been announced on the following Monday (March 18th). The winner will get a $5 gift certificate to use in the TSG Web store!
By participating in this challenge, you may also find yourself in the Trendsetting Spotlight that shines on the TSG Blog every Thursday. We will be on the lookout to find challenge cards that stand out and show Trendsetting qualities. TSG stamps are not required to participate in the challenges but are appreciated :)
You do not need to have a blog to be able to participate in the TSG Challenges! You can simply add the URL link from your project after it has been uploaded to your online craft gallery. If you upload your card to an online craft gallery, please use the keyword TSG198 so we can check out your beautiful work!
